Before SwiftDesk, we created UltimateCSR, a contact center performance management application that supported over 75,000 users from the world's leading brands at over 100 locations around the world from 2013-2018.

What does the roadmap look like for SwiftDesk?
We're actively developing SwiftDesk and typically release new updates every 1-2 weeks. Some of the major items coming up in the near future are support for multiple languages, phone call documentation, greatly expanded CRM capability, and a blog hosting feature.
