Most businesses only have one brand they want to support, but if you have more, you do not need to pay extra for it. Our competitors typically charge you extra for supporting more than one brand.

A knowledge base is a website created in SwiftDesk to share your detailed product and service information, or any other body of knowledge you wish to share. While our competitors typically restrict you one knowledge base 'site' and charge extra for additional ones, with SwiftDesk, you can create as many as you need without anything extra to pay.

What does the roadmap look like for SwiftDesk?
We're actively developing SwiftDesk and typically release new updates every 1-2 weeks. Some of the major items coming up in the near future are support for multiple languages, phone call documentation, greatly expanded CRM capability, and a blog hosting feature.
